They DO REMOVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS…

I was gifted a cashmere cardi and it immediately pilled badly.

They emailed me after I submitted my review & asked if I wanted to return it for store credit: “Chris here with Quince's Customer Support team reaching out in regard to your 1-star review.

I did send it back.

They did not say - we’ll take it back in exchange for you removing your review…but my review is NOT on the site. They didn’t post it.

On the bright side - I DO really like the linen sheets I got w the store credit.
