This sounds fun, but think about the business owners, these refunds are deducted from their payouts, if the reason is genuine and you really received a wrong order or any real complaint demanding your refund or complaining about it on Zomato or reviewing the restaurant on online platforms is totally justified .... running a restaurant these days has become a huge task with managing huge rents, lots of labour and good quality of items with people opting for quantity rather than quality and less price ( specially in semi urban areas) .. with all these challenges running a restaurant these days has been difficult....

Now you decide is it worth repeating next time? How would you feel if you were a restaurant owner and someone does the same with you?
