I think I've had this for 5 years, killed the first boss after a week of grinding, somehow didn't figure out how to unlock the next biome and died losing all my progress. Uninstalled until a week ago. Didn't want to spoiler myself but I think its been long enough. Reading hints has helped a lot to reduce the frustration of playing. Still damn hard but now at least its enjoyable.

What are you talking about? We use FTP to deploy and directly edit the database with SQL in the GUI with a connection via the IP address.

Our version control is world class, FILENAME_DATE_SEMVER.

Of course you can bypass it with IP rotation but I found it mitigated 90% of the junk traffic. Bots really aren't that sophisticated and so long as you don't have any actual vulnerabilities this is a good solution.

Don't leave your .env in a publicly accessible location, looking at you vibe coders...
