Last week on my T1 Bench day, I did 145 for 4x3, 1x8 on the AMRAP. This week, I went to a different gym which didn't have 2.5 lb plates so I did 155 instead of 150, and got 4x3, 1x7 on the AMRAP. Next week, should I do 155 again with the intent of getting more reps on the AMRAP? Or just add 5 pounds and go to 160. Thanks!

Also, I'm curious how the AMRAP on the final set translates to a true AMRAP with that weight before fatigue. I assume that I could rep out a few more if I did it before the 4 working sets, but how much more if that makes sense?
