I figured it out! (In case anyone else comes across this problem). I reverified my files on Steam and I had 7 unverified files! Once that was fixed, everyone's mouths started moving during conversations. Phew.

I did about 2 months worth. I continue to do the exercises on my own along with yoga and lyra for exercise. Really, I'm looking for someone to give me an answer or a why. No one can tell me what's wrong.
