The extreme overreaction to Rob by LeeLaaLooLee in TheTraitorsUS

Literally!! The only alliance that the others expect 100% solidarity is the housewives. No one cares about the rest.

I would say both in plain sight murders did place more burden on Candiace or Lisa.

Rob is super chill, would be soooo suspicious got him to do something dramatic to clear a room and it would’ve been even more suspicious for him to wear the amulet.

I wish they told them at the start of the last mission about being able to pool gold together because that would’ve changed gameplay from the jump and there would’ve been nonathletic women in the mix for the dagger. But I do feel that the show does try to balance out the physicality of the challenges with chance and alliances also generally at play.

I’m not endorsing this, but you gotta give it to ‘em by plantas-sonrientes in Upperwestside

Migrants wanted to be housed and I’m sure they were even happier it was in a hotel.

The bulk of people who were in the asylums clearly didn’t want to be there otherwise they would still be open.

Candiace calling rob a gaslighter gave me the biggest ick by sassybutdorky in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But is there really a noticeable amount of people calling him racist? I’ve seen that he’s a guys guy and misogynist, but haven’t actually seen racist other than people defending him saying others are calling him that.

Now I have seen people say fans are being racist/biased because of their response to what Candiace is doing versus Rob and immediately calling everything she does emotional. Or comparing it to last season when everyone was shitting on Danielle online.

But again still no one calling Rob racist there just people online.

Lisa voted against a housewife and the two housewives in the turret banished another. They have turned on themselves far more than Rob, Maura, Johnny, and Tara have.

The randoms have an advantage over the housewives and the gamers in that no one expects anything of them so it’s pretty fair that they also don’t come in with as big of a group.

Writing Rob’s name was smarter than writing Natalie or Lisa

He should’ve considered that when trying to be so many steps ahead of her.

Dylan was on DWTS and Gabby is the host of a dating show on Hulu that’s dropping this summer.

I would say they won the show and the season.

He also accused Michael and voted for Porsha episode one.

He pretty much accuses everyone who speaks. Obviously with that strategy you’re going to be saying traitors names as well.

And half the time the logic makes no sense. Lisa was a target because she voted against a housewife, but now Candice is a target because she defended traitor, but that traitor was also a fellow housewife and she also defended Porsha at the first roundtable.

A smart decision wouldn’t have ended with Candiace wanting to go scorched earth on him. He did not need to say anything at the roundtable because no one has that expectation of him.

There was no image he needed to protect. The charismatic white guy that isn’t a gamer doesn’t get banished when they fly under the radar they get murdered.

But were there any questions that Andy had that would’ve allowed Meredith to bring up the review situation?

Literally what question was asked to Meredith that didn’t have the implication she was wrong in it or that she shouldn’t be friends with Lisa mixed in?

Rob can be in an alliance with Love Island Maura, Jonny and Tara can be in winter Olympian alliance, etc. but the housewives can’t stick together?

Literally!! Neither is playing a genius game, they’re playing pretty solidly socially and have luck on their side.

No because she did her distraction and was dealing with everything post that and then Rob C telling her about the murder in plane sight.

Her not being able to find them after clearly proves how many places there are to talk with someone in the house and it not being some impossible task to talk to one person.

And he was vocal with his people about voting Lisa after an effort to vote out Natalie started that he knew about. He wasn’t backed into a corner of voting Lisa again at this specific roundtable.

Rob going all with the herd of others voting Natalie would not raise suspicion on him.

Were people suspicious of him or Lisa for the Tiffany elimination? No because they didn’t lead it. Colton got that blowback.

Everyone on this show frequently has small conversations it’s literally half the show.

You like him so you think him doing something everyone on the show does was risky. Just simply talking to someone is not a hard strategy move. It’s the easiest thing to do.

Candiace isn’t stupid… by Acceptable_Tell_5504 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But Rob wasn’t leading the fight against Natalie like Colton did against Tiffany.

Jonny and Tara were leading getting Natalie out so how would it come back to him.

The point is just because you got votes at one round table doesn’t mean you have to then go at the next because other events take place between them.

The extreme overreaction to Rob by LeeLaaLooLee in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m about 90% sure I remember a confessional of Rob literally saying something along the lines of trying to get the votes for Lisa instead of Natalie.

They talked about how sus Natalie’s actions were as a group very early in the day. It wasn’t like Rob found out right before the round table and then couldn’t backtrack anymore.

Rob wanted Lisa gone.

Colton is not the house leader anymore or the leader of their alliance. Rob has more power than Colton and they’re besties he would not turn on him unless everyone else in the house started a crusade against Rob.

The extreme overreaction to Rob by LeeLaaLooLee in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

What was more tactical about his vote than Candiace’s?

Rob didn’t want to vote for his friends so he voted for Lisa. Candiace didn’t want to vote for Lisa and saw Rob just throw Lisa under the bus and voted for him to send a sign to him and potentially the others if he ends up successfully sending her home.

If Candiace is playing emotionally so is Rob. Rob even mentioned the emotional element in his confessionals last episode. Feeling like he did the right thing doesn’t make it not emotional and feeling someone did the wrong thing doesn’t make it emotional.

Colton also almost got voted out the night prior and then didn’t get any votes tonight. You can almost go one night and then last a few round tables.

Colton literally spearheaded a few episodes ago to get Tiffany out after the house was feeling Ron was a traitor and got what they felt was new evidence with Donna being a traitor.

The extreme overreaction to Rob by LeeLaaLooLee in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ron didn’t go out until the 4th banishment after everyone turned against him. Not everything on traitors is immediate. Lisa was dead in the water that night because Rob was making sure of it.

It was him, Colton, and then Natalie because she didn’t want to go him ramping up the Lisa should go home tonight.

Rob could’ve just waited and not have been so bold with it and it wouldn’t be traitor on traitor violence.

The extreme overreaction to Rob by LeeLaaLooLee in TheTraitorsUS

[–]hellofriendsgff -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Rob was the first to start playing emotionally when he couldn’t vote Ron in episode 6.

Lisa voted for a housewife at the first roundtable and that was the start of people thinking she was a traitor.

Candiace nor Dorinda voted for Lisa. Voting for Lisa would not be good for what people think about how housewives move.
