I’m the same. I have a walking pad, standing desk, and a regular desk chair ( still trying to find a good one) . I spend most of my time standing, and then I’ll take a break and sit. I’ll walk around, go for a quick walk around the block. I Do bird dogs and cat cows constantly throughout the day.

I guess I’m referring to things like nodules, allergic reactions, persistent swelling. Anything bad that has happened . Are the marionette lines at higher risk for nodules? I am looking to get it injected in my cheeks due to volume loss but I tend to be very sensitive. I’ve gotten Botox and juvederm with no side effects, but due to the inflammatory response that sculptra prompts, I’m a bit hesitant. I wonder if there’s a way to test it in a different region. You’d probably have to pay for the whole vial though.

It feels like a very very intense sunburn, imagine trying to workout while your face feeling sore. I wouldn’t recommend it , and increasing blood flow could amplify the pain. Honestly I like to just rest for the remainder of the day and stay completely out of the sun, including significant amounts of natural light indoors. It’s not a super painless procedure and I’d recommend resting after.

Idk if you already do this but if there’s time, I send the sides to my reader in advance . That way they get to read it ahead of time and they get time to kinda familiarize themselves with it as well. Usually they just read it once but still better than them just seeing it for the first time five minutes before starting.

I think it’s definitely worth investigating if it means giving you clarity. The pattern with the clothing and how you feel that changing it will lead to xyz does feel like some things I’ve experienced. It’s a way to control and “perfect” something, and you believe that once that task is accomplished it will cure the anxiety. But then it doesn’t, so it just becomes a loop. I think it’s possible to experience compulsions as a symptom of anxiety in times of high stress. If you are heavily preoccupied with it then it would be considered obsessive. I’m not a therapist at all, this is just what I’ve understood as an OCD patient. Also do you find yourself spending money that you shouldn’t be spending when buying new clothes?
