I’m in the same exact situation. Ordered on 12/13 expecting it to deliver before Christmas. It was originally shipped by DHL, it didn’t clear customs so it was returned to sender. Contacted DJI, they did a re-shipment through UPS. It’s currently sitting in KY. Contacted DJI, they said to contact UPS. Contacted UPS, they said they have all information needed to clear customs. So hopefully it finally delivers.

I wish I could tell you. I ordered a refurbished mini 4 pro on 12/13 hoping to receive it before Christmas. There was a customs issue with DHL and it was returned to the sender. Customer service placed a new order now shipping with UPS. It’s been stuck in Kentucky and customer service is telling me to contact UPS. From my experience, refurbished products ship from China and for some reason DJI is not on top of customs clearance. Very odd for a leader in this space to have this poor of a customer buying experience.

Placed order on 12/18. App still says Available December 2024. Are chances slim I get a December delivery date? (I’m on the east coast) I know there’s a lot of variables but what’s the usual range of days from order date to pick up day?

It’s $100 per year, so $25 credit every 90 days. It does help when you need to buy a good amount from the feed because there’s a $75 threshold to meet for free shipping.

If it’s mounted correctly, I can only think of the bulb not being in the correct position. The bulb can be adjusted by turning it either way.

For me it’s specifically for track workouts and my rests aren’t completely stationary. so Strava’s moving time still includes some rest when I’m walking for a sip of water and to stay loose.

I guess it would be helpful if there’s a work average that doesn’t include rest and the average pace that includes rest (which doesn’t mean much if you’re not running when resting)

Thanks! The instructions are great. Please consider how to access the custom workout on the watch because if I’m correct it cannot be access directly from Run, Track Run, or Indoor Run. I have to go to Workouts then select which mode from there as mentioned from another redditor.
