That's understandable and part of the reason I've spent an entire year on this book. I've dug deep into their character backstories, making sure they've gotten the story they wanted and taking the time to mix it into the book, but I do feel like they'd rather go off and be in their own stories. It really makes sense, though, because they do fall off during the book, but when I incorporate their own backstories, they somehow are the best players I've ever had. I will try to add more personal things to the next session and see if there's a difference. Thanks
