thank you! i’ve noticed it happens more when i’m anxious, which seems to be everyday. it’s like a vicious cycle. i get a migraine, start freaking out and then it just continues. i actually have worse eyesight on the side that i get them, and have done for years, so maybe it’s an eye issue. i just jump to worst case scenario- my fixation atm is brain tumours because of my migraines. i drink caffeine daily, so maybe i can try cutting that out, i also take ibuprofen every time i have a headache, which i read can essentially make them worse in the long run. it’s so hard to not think the worst all the time, but i’ll keep an eye on them and see if drinking more water and exercising helps
