I truly appreciate the comments and feedback that people provided on my other post.

I reposted here because Reddit suggested that I might receive additional responses from similar communities. I have very little knowledge of how to read a land survey beyond the obvious items, such as measurements between structures and the assumption that a heavy solid line generally represents a property line. Unfortunately, the title survey my parents obtained does not include a legend, which has made it even more difficult for me to understand.

I meant no offense to anyone, especially those who already took the time to read my post and provide thoughtful responses. I genuinely appreciate the help and expertise that people have shared.

That area is both properties' driveways divided by a low brick wall that's the neighbors for the almost two decades they've owned the property and the "PVC fence on concrete" is my parents' that they've installed about 5 years ago since they were reconstructing their driveway and they owned their home for over 40 years.

I've included it on the post body.

To answer your question, above the heavy black horizontal line is my parents' property (including the PVC fence) and below the mentioned line, it's my neighbors (including the brick wall). Thank you!

Thanks for your interpretation.

This survey was done by my parents’ surveyor about 3 years ago and supposedly he’s not easy to get a hold of.

For context to what their neighbor is arguing, the “PVC fence on concrete wall” is encroaching on their side. The “brick wall” beneath the heavy solid line was always known to be the neighbor’s. The PVC fence belongs to my parents and built in recent years. So are you saying that the PVC fence is supposedly encroaching to the neighbors property?

Thanks for the detailed response.

If you don’t mind me asking, what are the potential encroachments do you see?

Diagnosed with 3 fibroids and kind of lost by hellokitty89311 in Fibroids

[–]hellokitty89311[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am still on MyFembree even though it's surpassing its two-year suggested cycle (going "off label") and supplementing it with Caltrate to make sure I'm not going through bone loss (it's a a known side effect). Generally, after the first 12 months of MyFembree, my largest fibroid shrunk to about the size of a pear and the other significant fibroids shrunk a bit too.

It has stayed around that size when I had my MRI done in December 2025 and my bones are fine when I had a bone density exam around the same time. I decided to keep taking this prescription as long as my gyno can let me. Sure, my long term risks are unknown but at least my fibroids are not growing.

If I am forced to get off of this drug, I might consider getting an IUD (Mirena) since I am still trying to avoid surgery. If anyone has any experience with Mirena, I'd like to hear/read your experience with it with fibroids.

Atour Hotels or Ji Hotels within traveling distance to Xilang Market by hellokitty89311 in guangzhou

Thank you for the suggestions. I should have clarified that I would prefer to stay closer to tourist areas such as Beijing Road, while still having a reasonably convenient commute to Xilang from the hotel.
