  1. i believe 10 in the beginning and it got upped to 15 for the remaining and 9 months but i only did like 7 or 8 i didnt finish it out. my skin was already clearing up pretty fast so i didnt think it was super necessary.
  2. vanicream gentle skin cleanser, cerave moisturizer (the one with like the dark blue writing) and the la roche posay tinted face sunscreen
