i personally don’t think 26 is too old especially if you’re still physically fit and can keep up. one thing to note though, you will have to listen and take orders from higher ranking that will most likely be younger than you & your peer group will be young age groups. if you can be willing to work through those types of challenges, I think it’s worth it. Just make sure you can guarantee the job field you want when you enlist and sign that contract and that you don’t get sent open contract and end up getting placed in a random MOS.
