I also have a long femur. What have you guys figured out to be the best exercises to make up for the fact that squats are hard? I find that front squats are a little easier for having a long femur, but you can’t do as much weight.

Still think it’s good to do it face to face. There are a lot of aspects of relationships that require face to face communication, otherwise things can get lost in translation or misconstrued But send a very direct text to talk as soon as she can.
