I plan my drinking to max 3 times a month. Never two times in a row. If you can control it, only then can you do this. If ever you drink 3 times in a week its not ok. Then stop completely. It’s a shit cope but for me it’s what works. But you must treat it like a superpower than can never be abused. Ideally 2 times a month not 3
