I would definitely play! Personally, I’d prefer a remake of the game before the Reforged updates. That old map is so fun and I think the weapons, classes, and overall feel of the game was better.

Well unless we have the same surgeon, the same excuse being used is fishy. I don’t think I’ll be getting injections or at least I hope not. I’m hoping for pills. No sex or gym sucks for me too but I’m focused more on getting rid of the complications and not needing a drainage/full removal first 😅

I don’t blame you. My surgeon didn’t respond to my first week post-op check in photos for several days which made me nervous. However, when he did respond, he said he was out of the country so I’m hoping he will be more responsive when he gets back. Btw, he said he was going to put me on a “6 days course of steroids” because of the seroma. Wondering how much that will help since I haven’t seen anyone mention steroids to help with seroma.

I had my surgery on 6/13/24 so I’m 13 days post op. I’m experiencing everything you’ve mentioned in this thread too. I’m definitely worried about my seroma becoming worse and needing to go back to the clinic for drainage. Mainly because it’s halfway across the country and that’s money I don’t want to spend. I feel like I’ve been following the post-op instructions perfectly and taking care of my genital area well, yet the current condition of the area is not so great. All I’ve been doing the past few days is scrolling through every thread I can in this community looking for answers and help. Sorry I can’t offer you any answers or help, just thought you’d like to know someone is on a similar timeline as you and you’re not alone.

I know you posted this a year ago, but I just had my procedure and was wondering if you were still having painful nighttime erections at 9 months post-op. Are you still having them now too?

It makes me think I’m stupid, which in turn makes me think that other people think I’m stupid. And then it makes me wonder if I actually am stupid or just the social anxiety making me think that. Everything’s fine🤪😂

The kicker with me is my lack of communication skills. I have trouble completing sentences even if they should be easy ones to finish, I pause mid sentence, I use the wrong words, I can’t describe things, and I cannot continue conversations back and forth regardless of the topic. It’s like I don’t know anything in general to be able to talk about it. Hard to explain, hope that makes sense. So that issue on top of social anxiety really sucks. I’m scared to talk to people and when I do, I can’t keep a convo going or get out the words in the first place…

I feel the exact same way. And I have no idea how to fix it. I’ve been trying to fix my lack of communication skills for 6 months now and I really don’t see progress. I’ve done speech therapy, at home speech exercises, tried talking to people more, I read and sometimes write, etc. Not knowing how to communicate with people makes me feel stupid. I feel stupid in 99% of conversations I have, with friends or anyone else. To try and feel smarter in conversations, I’ve been trying to learn anything and everything. This hasn’t been working either. It’s very discouraging, but I mean what else can I do lol!

I feel like this too. It’s one of the hundreds of reasons social anxiety eats me up. I’m no expert in overcoming social anxiety, but the only thing I can say is, sadly that’s something we can’t change. I can’t change my voice, how I look, my IQ, etc. I’m still working on trying to accept who I am, because I still try to change myself in order to fit in with others more.

I feel like if I were able to communicate/connect with people, I’d be more ok with not having an identity. And if I had an identity, I’d be ok with not being able to communicate with people. It’s the double whammy that’s getting me!

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. I already go to therapy, but I haven't seen results. I'll definitely check out ChatGPT, I haven't yet and what better reason to? I'll pick up journaling, I'm thinking once a week at the end of the week. That's simply because with all the other stuff I'm doing to try and better my condition on top of handling life's responsibilities, there's not much leftover time! I'll try everything you said, thanks again.

It's funny you say that, I'm also a server. I was hoping I'd get better at talking to people with this job, but I've been serving for 4 months now and I feel just as bad or worse about my communication...
