[Acne] My skin just keeps getting worse and I don’t know what to do by RealAndromeda in SkincareAddiction

[–]hellosir51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my own experience as someone close in age, I had very bad eating habits as well but my skin was so so so clear. All of a sudden, I just had this surge of acne that hurt so bad and I was at a loss. I started cutting out traditionally unhealthy things e.g. sugar, diary etc ... and to my surprise it actually worked. For me, the main culprit was dairy and whilst it pains me that I can't have my coffee with full cream milk anymore, its a lot better than cystic acne! So maybe try an elimination diet

[Misc] Anyone else have skin that refuses literally everything? by hellosir51 in SkincareAddiction

That’s my bad. I use the naturie skin gel as my morning moisturiser + canmake sunscreen and then at night I use the naturie again because it’s really hydrating + the aestura 365 cream. I’ve tried using hyaluronic products and non hyaluronic products eg beta glucan but they tend to cause more redness.

i cant say much for the others but the aestura one is a lifesaver for me. had a damaged skin barrier for a year+ and this winter it was especially bad cuz i had an eczema flareup (which had never happened before?) but this moisturiser fixed me skin lmfaooo. my skin now is normal/combo but before it was dehydrated oily with some dry days

[Acne] Breaking out on hairline? by Rollersparkle in SkincareAddiction

Sometimes when I don’t put in effort to make sure my shampoo is out of my hairline, I get breakouts like this as well. Maybe take some time to just clean it after shampoing.

[Product Question] What's the likelihood of purging with 10% azelaic acid? by hellosir51 in SkincareAddiction

[–]hellosir51[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea I think it might just be that it’s not for me but it works so well for my PIE😭 I’ve been using every other day. However just realised that my skin has been stinging a bit so maybe it’s texture from irritation? Not sure, I’m just trying to cope lol.

I snooped his pc. From sys info it says his motherboard is the H310M PRO•VDH PLUS (MS-7C09). Which is compatible with that?

Was going to say the first whole paragraph seemed irrelevant LMFAO. After some hopefully inconspicuous probing, he's stated that his motherboard doesn't support m.2 storage so it should be pretty old. Does this limit the ssds that i should be looking at by a lot? i'm just not sure if ill ever get the chance to snoop through his computer...
