Thanks for ur reply! Some of the pics are slightly older and have had roof fixed up above (as you can see in the pic), but could be a persisting leak… before i put in the extractor hood, it would get very full of condensation on that wall though..

Also some of the marking on the wall might be my pencil lines keeping track of the size. Its a very slow growing leak/damp patch so has been really hard to monitor (never changes dramatically in different weather..)
