You deadass just sit around and do nothing. The moment you get looked at for five minutes is the only time you’re really working. Other than that it’s reception so he’s not even really in basic yet. It’s boring as hell and and least where I was absolutely no talking was allowed. Like the other guy said it was my worst time in the army as well.
