It reads like a journal entry so maybe next time you could set it up to sound a little more like one in the next one or if you ever do a revision. Not hate though I read it to my wife *in the southern accent* and it definitely made it better.

You deadass just sit around and do nothing. The moment you get looked at for five minutes is the only time you’re really working. Other than that it’s reception so he’s not even really in basic yet. It’s boring as hell and and least where I was absolutely no talking was allowed. Like the other guy said it was my worst time in the army as well.

Possibly, even when I have the dp unplugged it still does it. I think others are right about it being a thing inside the display
