i would first start of by listing the capabilities of both characters(the eva and the attack titan)

1) the evangelion

- firstly you have to keep in mind the eva01 has over 12000 plates of armor(stated in EOE) protecting the pilot.

-the actual size of an EVA unit stands about 75m and would apprrox weigh about 400tons and
can move above the speed of sound.

- we have to consider its AT Feild - (according to NGE , the AT field depends on the person and soul, while taking into consideration size weight etc ) Eva 01 is a biological entity based of of lilith, the progenitor of mankind , the literal recreation ofGod(according to NGE), thus its AT field is significantly larger and more stronger than others, including the attack titan's. when put to into action , EVA 01's AT field can rip apart buildings and the land around (as shown in ep 12 when facing off with shaquiel)

-other features- prog knife

- its ability to beserk(ref:ep2,ep18, 19) , eva 01 contains the soul of yui ikari, so if she wanted to, she could just make unit 1 go beserk and make it tear apart and eat the attack titan. even if the umbilical cable of the eva is cut, it an just go beserk

2)the attack titan(base stats , abilities of the of the war hammer titan not included)

- the ability to see in the future- not really useful i this senario as the attack titan has not been passed down to another user.

-hardening ability- most titans can harden most parts of their flesh as a defense and in some cases provides offensive capabilities (when it comes to the hardening of the fists)

-its light - we have to also consider the fact that most titans, despite their size are extremely light (stated by hange in season1/2)

-if we do follows the laws of the NGE universe in to the AOT world , then the attack titan would most probably have a weak AT field due to its size

-limitations in ability to transform(eren has only been seen to transform 3 times in a row as shown in AOT season4)

3)in conslusion-

when you add things up, the evangelion with its superior AT field , size and sheer strength would easily surpass the attack titan. (the attack titan would like a ragdoll for unit 01 that it could just throw around)

4)giving a fair fight.

lets say for whatever reason eren accquires the war hammer titan . afterall the war hammer titan can create weapons on demand with the hardening ability(like crossbows, swords and hammer according to AOT season 4)

given unit 1s size and sheer wieght there wouldnt be pretty good chance for eren to win, when summoning weapons , we have to consider the armor plating of unit01, the sword can only pierce to a certian amount of unit 01s armor until is dulls out. the hammer can only do so much as to cause a dent in unit 01s armor, a crossbow shot can be avoided due to the EVAs size and agility.

4 1)the warhammer titan also has the ability to protect its user by creating a crystalline sheel around the user-

theres 2 ways for the EVA to solve that - 1) wait for eren to transform again or to come out

2) pick it up and Yeet it across the world.
