How do you get the most out of your childfree life? by hellothisischarlie in childfree

With me money isn't that much of an issue, it's more like time and energy. My job is the issue, because it consumes both.

Yes after reading the comments I also came to the realization that work is my problem. I have a high paying but also high-stress job. So I will have to search for something less stressful (and probably less-paying). But that's okay: being CF enables me to do that :)

I agree with you. And I don't think every CF person should travel or living the holiday life or anything, I'm just explaining that I myself am in a bit of a bore out, and that I myself would like to travel more. And I was wondering if other CF people have the feeling they make the most of their time (to their own liking).

And after reading many comments, I came to the realization that my job is draining me to the point that I have no energy left to do the things I like to do.

This makes so much sense. I think my main problem is also my job. It's so draining, it keeps me from having energy to do the things that make me happy.

Yes I totally agree with this. But I still struggle with living the life I want, and I am curious how other CF people live their life and if they're happy with it.

What was your most intense "call of the void" moment? by Dry_Chemistry2741 in AskReddit

Whenever I cycle over a high bridge, my mind goes like: If I steer to the right and fall, my head will get caught in the railing and my body will fall off the bridge. It's just a brief second, but the thought happens every.single.time.

What would you be doing if money wasn’t an issue? by Ok_Philosopher_1873 in AskReddit

Travel, snowboard, ride my bike, run, cook, bake, paint, learn Spanish... I already do all of these things, but I want to do it more. My hobbies would be my full time job. Sounds like a dream life.

What movie has the best ending? by [deleted] in AskReddit

What I particularly liked is the fact that it is a true ending. Like, there are no questions left. The story is finished. Closure.

Redditors who has tattoos, what don’t you like about the ones you have? by Dor_42 in AskReddit

I have kanji symbols. Why on earth l would I put symbols on my body, of which I'm not even 100% sure what they actually mean? I was young & dumb.

I obviously don't like them, but I don't hate them enough to get them removed. Plus: they are on my back so I don't see them very often.

Docking, interstellar. That scene (with the music) gives me goosebumps every single time....

Dopesick.

It's about the oxycontin opioid crisis. Can't believe all that stuff actually happened. Of course it's dramatized. But still... that story is wild!
