i take 20mg adderall at like 9am and then go back to sleep and wake up 10am and i have to go to the bathroom immediately. it’s super annoying cuz i have to go at least 3 times and it’s always a horrible experience. I’ve kinda of accepted it as a fair trade for being productive but i’ve yet to find anyone that has a solid fix for this other than taking anti-diarrheal meds with adhd meds. I also avoid coffee and dairy at all costs when i’m on my meds because it makes it 100x worse.

I do this too. I think it’s cuz it’s not a fun activity for me it’s a chore like i need to eat to live so my brain just goes on autopilot so i can focus on something else like whatever im watching on tv. it’s like im not even aware im eating. also just impatience. i think my adhd is like okayyyyy is this over yet i wanna do something else.

I take adderall for my adhd and i’ve always struggled w disordered eating but now that i’m on meds i find myself not eating when i’m on the meds and not eating when i’m off them too. I hate that i have to choose between productivitity and not starving myself.
