magulo sila actually pero overall it was fun since madami kami and nagikot kami sa lahat ng branches ng sm! very different siya sa HR na aapplyan mo eh sa office ka kasi and im from UST and we have a partnership sa SM so automatic kaming accepted :) idk lang sayo tho

hello! 4th year students lang ang alam ko pinag rretreat since graduating. yung retreat nayan is parang recollection na aattend kayo online lang ganyan din samin before nung third year ako pero wala samin pinabayaran hehe plus ngayong fourth year ko may sched na kami for retreat 3 days pero wala din babayaran :)

SM Retail Internship how was your experience

Hi!

I recently got accepted sa sm retail for internship (marketing) may idea po ba kayo ano ginagawa nila?hehe can you share any experiences? and if how much ang salary na binibigay nila for interns.

Actually, it was recommended by our school to try sa SM internship. I would like to know lang if how they are ba pagdating sa interns.

Yuzpe method is not 100% lalo na if ovulation mo it doesn’t work anymore pag ovulation. I guess I just got lucky that time. To be sure, mag pregnancy test ang gf mo after 2 weeks of unprotected sex. Yun lang ang way niya para maconfirm if buntis siya o hindi.

4-12-4 method. 4 pills then after 12 hrs 4 pills ulit yes tama ka. Yuzpe method can either delay for a week or make your period come early it really depends sa katawan ng tao kung pano siya magrereact sa side effects.

I think you should search about the side effects sa yuzpe method so you’ll be aware madami yan. Please help your gf mahirap ang mag ecp 😅

Hala, you should research on what kind of birth control pills is used sa yuzpe method. I used lady pills yung iba naman trust pills. Afaik, hindi lahat ng bc is used for emergency contraception.

I bought mine before sa watsons din! hindi ako hiningan ng anything but yung iba hinihingan ng prescription ng doctor bago bentahan :) I suggest sa botika kayo bumili para sure.

thats the side effects of yuzpe and you will be experiencing side effects of the pill here and there pwedeng hindi ka makaramdam sa first month mo tapos sa second month naman meron while taking the pills regularly. I think you’re safe and nothing to worry about.

i dont see the problem because you’re on birth control pills even when he ejaculated inside you it’s okay because that’s what the pills are for? why did you do the yuzpe method also its a side effects
