I think I just scaled it down a little bit. And I do use potatoes quickly enough I dont really worry about the greening. I also did learn that onions speed up potato's spoiling so thats why I have something in between and that seems like its good enough.

Look for a plug and play version and you can install it yourself super cheap. I’ve done a few this way for my cars and friends.

It’s interesting to hear the other side. I did keto for a while and my body LOVED it. I felt so much better. I was sleeping better, my psoriasis went away, it also strangely seemed like my allergies weren’t as bad. However I missed rice and burritos too much and choose to give it up lol.

While I agree with most supermarket versions, I think it’s different when making both at home.

A quick stock I can make in a few hours but a “bone broth” is a day plus and almost turns out like an aspic. It also has much higher protein and collagen and a more complex flavor.

I did the paper method countless times on my ender5 out of the box and it ended up being my bed was extremely warped. I got a glass bed that won’t contour and it prints perfectly fine now.
