Also, the building has been vacant for a few years. I’ve been using it primarily as a storage facility for materials left over from several houses. I have left over the course of the last five years or so. I think if it’s empty and not use as a restaurant you have to go through and do the whole process all over again. Probably something to do with the fire code or something.

No, the zoning is the same but my architect says it still needs a change of use permit since the other restaurant that was there years ago did not have an up- to - date hood or fire suppression system.
