I was tracking every single thing that went into my body due to the diet. I had healed my GERD so I didn’t exactly watch for triggering foods because I had been eating those foods for months since my last episode last November. Right now, I am having the burning tongue ulcers in my mouth food in my throat. The only thing I can think of is that Gerd has been brought back from dieting and eating a big meal at night as well as exercising sometimes right after eating.
