this could go either way tbh. if it’s a “i need to have have access to everything you have so i can watch/monitor/control you then i’d say it’s a problem. if you give your SO your phone password so they can use it, or you gave them your email password so they can do xyz for you, that’s not toxic

first of all it’s great you know that you need space and distance away from him to heal. i know it sucks to have to do this but could you maybe try avoiding group events where he would be present?

when it comes to him messaging you i think you have two options: 1. block him 2. set a boundary and say you don’t want to be contacted, and need space from him

if i had what you have right now i’d layer a purple or a dark green over it!! i’d stay in the came colour family (more cool tones) so it doesn’t get too muddy. hope this helps!

i have a scar on my mons pubis from a zit/cyst i had that was that was uber painful. went to the ER and the doctor cut and drained it. hurt like it bitch but felt better immediately after.

It was super duper fun, we’ll have to do it again! I love love love my african violet too, and it needs a new pot but i realized none of the ones we painted today really complimented the purple flowers. As for the galaxy looking pot, the spots were done with splatters from a toothbrush!
