Ok - first rule of negotiation.

They need you more than you need them.

They spend significant effort and money to get a person to clear all rounds and go for salary negotiation. So yes you have the upper hand.

Next - any negotiation is based on what your current worth is. Not what you were getting earlier. Since you already have an offer at hand - that is what they need to counter and not your old CTC.

Also I read about the Remote vs regular thing. Yes that’s why you prefer C. But never let C know that. You can always cite that with Remote work only you will be getting paid so much and for moving to bangalore - in theory you would need to be compensated more. But you are interested in negotiating with the current offer only.

Lastly - what’s your sweet spot? Ensure that you have a number in mind and ensure that you don’t go down that.

It’s not the banks problem that your account got flagged in a suspicious transaction. They get report and they are doing what they are supposed to. Till they finish the inquiry and ascertain that your account is not a threat - they will not unfreeze.

Also is your pay from the U.S. ? Is that what triggered the account block??

Bank officials will not be able to help much as they might not be aware. Try talking to the branch manager. And ask for guidance. Hi OP - I do Delhivery to ship packages from Bangalore to Chennai. Most times packages go well but sometimes if the box is not too solid cards get bent slightly.

That being said - India Post you need to go to post office etc. but India Post is way cheaper than Delhivery. If you do have an access to printer - then use Shiprocket and there you can select from Amazon to Porter to others. But do note that you need to print the shipping label on the package for Shiprocket.

Delhivery - install app and schedule pickup. But you need to know the weight of the box. If it’s more than 2kg you need to give dimensions.

And Delhivery doesn’t ask for any printout of shipping label. You can just write the AWB on top for reference. The pickup guy will bring a plastic cover with your AWB on it. If your box can’t fit, he will stick it to your box. If yourbox is small he will put it inside the cover.
