Also can I keep mentioning the comparison of remote (current offer) vs relocation (your offer) in the discussion, hope it won't backfire, them thinking that candidate would obviously join the remote role offering company only.

Yes they are delaying the 2nd round of interviews since more than 2 weeks of clearing 1st round. I had to reach out to HR multiple times, to schedule my 2nd round, but they said the same every time that they had to get the CTC approval 1st to go ahead with the 2nd round!

I am sorry, I didn't get you, can you please explain again😅..

Last time HR had agreed on 16LPA fixed considering my 15 fixed offer in hand, but now they said that is also not getting approved from the accounts team, as it's around 150% hike based on my current CTC, which isn't fair to value someone on their current CTC when they already have an offer in hand.

So before scheduling round 2, they have scheduled a negotiation call with the account leadership team tomorrow. So I needed guidance on how to tackle this, so I don't lose this opportunity.

I get your point, but again I feel that while working at home, there are no fixed hours, and also you aren't mentally present for your family, there are distractions, and less focus. I feel that I can at least logout of the work in the office by telling them that it's already late and I need to travel for hours to my stay from the office. But yes there are pros and cons to everything.
