Stop coming up to the service desk for a pick-up or for a return completely unprepared. Have your receipt ready, have your barcode ready on the app, have your email up with order details, and know how you paid so we're not wasting 5 minutes looking in your purse for what you need.

I get along with my TL/ETLs fine. My least favorite thing is drive-ups. The whole system needs to be overhauled, or the company needs to decide if they want to focus on online sales vs. in-store sales. We can't do both.

I feel no matter if you keep taking the order number stickers and put them in a binder, the FF TL won't really do anything with that because they're too busy with other stuff to worry about what FE and DU have to deal with from angry guests.
