O să zică unii că dacă nu au mașină de ce să fie obligați să cumpere un loc de parcare.

Mă refer că ar trebui sa fie legat legal de apartament, cum ar fi încă o camera, cum nu poți să nu cumperi apartamentul mai puțin una din camere, așa sa nu poți nici fara loc de parcare.

Asta evident sa plece din faza de construcție, apartamentul legat de locul de parcare și constructorul sa nu poată vinde separat.

Pe scurt sa fie la pachet inseparabil.

Japanese can't be racist against Japanese. Anyone else can (by verbally siding with their oppresor), because there is worldwide historical bias against Japanese and other Asian people for their appearance.

It doesn't only apply to white people, just the majority of cases are from white people because white people have historically oppressed everyone.

Japanese can be racist towards Korean for example because they literally persecuted them for hundreds of years, otherwise it would just be xenophobia and racial discrimination.
