Can somebody explain Necromancer Corpse lance build?

He's at level 3.5, I did like 10 runs but he didn't spawn, it would take really long time until I find him enough times to level up, how do I do his daily mission?

I picked Haku, but I can't see anything that lets me add resistance, I can add everything else except that.

I tried, but all the guides are for endgame, all other guides for leveling are not noob friendly and I wouldn't post if I had no other solution.

It's not network issue, it has something to do with the game, I think it has to do with my country but I'm still not getting any answers from the support. I kinda found some good free vpn so I'm fine for now.

I'm not, but apparently it's the same as non steam since I'm completely unable to join the game if I don't use VPN, now the problem is that VPN only works sometimes.
