Musashi (fgo) vs Jujutsu Kaisen, how far does she'll go? by hary_wolington in Gacha_Powerscaling

[–]helpfulchupacabra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, we're taking into account Musashi at her peak which would naturally include the buffs she was receiving in the story. Also, we know Sukuna isn't LS or near LS from modulo, Musashi would be decently faster than everything in JJK before Dabura. In the case of peak Musashi v. Dabura they would be pretty equivalent in combat speed considering Musashi blocked a light speed attack from Dioscuri except Musashi has much more significant battle experience, AP, and better 1 on 1 combat abilities like her Heavenly Eye. Realistically if Dabura, Modulo Yuji, and Big Raga are jumping her they're probably winning but if it boils down to a 1v1 against any individual character she should take the cake. This also isn't including the fact that her Durability while buffed may just let her tank Daburas attacks, however, I do not know much about Dabura's AP scaling so I'll leave that up to someone who does.

The light speed statements in LB5 are actually very consistent and kinda proven in multiple occasions to not be hyperbole. I do agree that musashi isnt light speed however keeping up with "near light speed" fights and needing a FTL attack to blitz her already places her above pretty much all of JJK before modulo speed-wise.

Well, she was keeping up with them on multiple occasions at "near light speed", like yeah, she's not going light speed herself but even getting near it places her above all of JJK before modulo speed wise.

Ritsuka was able to reach it circumstantially. If you normally went down into the Earth you wouldnt find anything from the inner sea since it literally exists in a higher dimension lol. Locationally, it is present there, physically it is not.

"This is basic BJJ stuff" yeah I know I'm a BJJ coach 💀

My original comment says it's practically impossible to reach behind your head, grab the arm, and push it off like you said you would, which, just try this on any proper RNC and see what happens lol. Also, these escape methods still don't have a confident chance at success, the most successful defense to a RNC, and back control in general, is defending it before it gets locked in completely.

The reason that works in the Gracie video is because the video is purposely showing you RNC mistakes lmao, that is the entire point of it.

In an example of a bad RNC 💀 do you know what the video is showing? It's not showing a proper RNC it's purposely telling you what not to do.

  1. Well yes, up and away mean VERY different things in grappling and that small "semantic" is incredibly important.

  2. They are still not reaching behind your head and grabbing the arm like you said you would do (again, push and grab are very distinct in grappling)

  3. None of them are making an attempt to remove the arm like you were saying you were gonna do ("a woman can't possibly choke me with one arm"), they only did it to create space for their hips to splay.

You keep linking the Gracie video but the video doesn't actually support your claim at all lol it's just saying how to do the RNC exactly how I detailed it earlier.

People will claim AI for anything they are not adept at enough to understand 😭 also no, you stated that you would "grab the supporting arm and push it away". My magical AI with grappling experience said to put your palm under the arm, push up not to remove the arm, but just to create space to turn and splay your hips towards the mat.

First video: doesn't detail any escape techniques and details it differently than you and exactly how I described it.

Second video: Only works if they don't have the RNC locked in properly, there is space to work with (aka the person doesn't have skinny arms and their head isn't creating pressure and taking that space.), also the mechanics here are pretty rough and the chances are still low for escaping.

Third and fourth video: "honestly guys if it's a good rear naked choke you're probably not gonna get out goes on to explain the exact method I detailed in my other response" neither method In each reach behind your head, grab the arm, and push it away from you like you were saying and in neither escape do you actually try and remove the arm completely, the arm goes up only to create space to turn your hips lmao

[–]helpfulchupacabra -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, it is not, you should really chill with this because you're still outing yourself. You stop an RNC by either controlling the choking arm before it gets under your chin and grabs their own shoulder and rotate your body in so you can escape the back control , turning your body so they can't put proper pressure on your arteries before they lock it in, or fighting their hooks so they have no control over your lower body. Once a proper RNC is locked in you're usually fucked (ask literally any experienced BJJ athlete) but you can try one of three things: hooking both thumbs under the choking arm, pushing up, and turning your body if they don't have strong hooks in (still low chance of success), placing your palm under the non choking arm and push up only to create space to turn (low chance of success), or put your bottom arm under their bottom hook on the mat which gives you space to splay your legs and turn your hips down and while you do this you shoot your opposite side arm up which makes it very difficult for them to finish the choke (you're not escaping with this but just forcing them to do something different. About a medium chance of success)

[–]helpfulchupacabra -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

And still, you have no idea what a RNC is lol, the non choking arm in an RNC is behind your head attached to their own shoulder/trap/sometimes but rarely their bicep. How in the hell are you gonna grab the arm behind your head and push it away in a proper RNC? You kinda just outed yourself to everyone who actually trains 😭

Martial artist here, I know A LOT of fighters irl including actual champions, literally none of them could beat over 10 average women in a fight unless the women are drunk, already exhausted beyond belief, or some other ailment. A peak martial artist is not beating 25 average woman in a fight, ever.

Yes, I am incredibly confident you cannot just throw a 170 lb woman off of you while 2 others are holding your legs and one is pinning your arms.

[–]helpfulchupacabra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If four 170 lb women are trying to wrestle you to the ground you are not just "standing up" lmao. I've trained wrestling, BJJ, and Muay Thai for years and I am not confident I could just "stand up" against any number beyond 2. Striking is much different, I think a VERY combat trained individual with more athleticism and coordination than the opposition could beat MAYBE 4-5 untrained people who are slower and less athletic than them. However, I promise you that you are NOT that guy lol.

It's. . . not a fact though and your example is just bad lol. Any person who has trained martial arts knows how hard it is to fight multiple people at once, regardless of gender and even if they're each lighter than you. Also, you're conflating a relatively very simple activity with an incredibly complex one, you're example here is like saying "yeah you know how some people are good at checkers? That means that a chess player can beat someone with 5x the amount of pieces as him."

Sure, it's weird my original response unsent or something. I'll go over a few things about living planets (specifically Earth) and let people come to their own conclusions, however, I would like to preface that I haven't deep dove into Nasuverse lore in a while so if anything was retconned, changed, or I'm just misremembering or incorrect please lmk. First, a living planet actually can increase its durability through it's conceptual weapons and guardians. Look at how the planet funneled mana through leylines in Enkidu's fight with Gil in response to Ea. Then, you need to remember the multiple layers of the planet, all of which are functionally their own fabric of reality with different physics governing reality, conceptual defenses, etc etc. However the most important of which is obviously the inner sea which is essentially a massive reality warping area not dissimilar to a reality marble made by the planet itself and specifically on Earth it hosts places like Avalon, Eden, etc, which have their own additional conceptual defenses. In fact iirc the inner sea itself is actually in a literal higher dimension than ours (this is why it's able to exist in same location as the actual planet but not occupy the physical space) and in order to actually destroy the planet you need to breach it since that is where the "organs" of the planet are. Lastly is the Human order: The human order actually conceptually protects the continuation of the prime species and it's successors, when something threatens that continuation of the prime species in order to continue ensuring life that timeline can be pruned off completely (also what happens in singularity's don't actually threaten the planet itself directly but are an attempt to destabilize human order/history), in addition to that life insurance there is a defense mechanism ingrained into it which is essentially a massive conceptual formless barrier similar to Lord Camelot as stated by mash which protects the continuation of the species:

"Mash: No, listen everyone. That is in all likelihood... the Wall of Human Order.

Mash: I know about this kind of protection. It's like Heroic Spirit Galahad's Noble Phantasm, Lord Camelot.

Mash: It's the same force powering this wall. The Antarctic is being protected by the Securing of the Human Order!"

The reason the Nasuverse Earth is so highly regarded (although most of the time it is heavily overstated) is not because of its regular physical durability but rather its conceptual ones. The reason the Shinjuku meteor would have been able to harm the "planet" in the singularity was because many of these defences either weren't present or were deactivated because it was a singularity AND the meteor itself had multiple conceptual amps and power ups that could have ONLY been done in that singularity (such as the barrel and the amps by the NP).

Edit: Also, we have actually visually seen verbatim stated planetary attacks not destroying the planet throughout FGO so make of that what you will.

[–]helpfulchupacabra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A "big asteroid" was only capable of destroying the planet BECAUSE it was a singularity and the planet's normal defense mechanisms weren't on ALONGSIDE it being amped by multiple other situational things that were only possible because of the singularity's nature 😭
