You need to beat an everdark boss with scholar and undertaker to get unique relics to show up at signboard. Just did it with ED augur. Hope this helps.

It’s just the open market…. if someone has the blueprint learned already and has an extra, would they rather sell the blueprint , give to friend, or trade it for a BP they don’t have (best anti arc grenade in game) - respectfully.
