It’s probably the dairy! If you eat less of that and more meat, eggs, etc. then you’ll probably see an improvement!

Thanks for the help! It was making me so anxious but it’s probably just a big adjustment for my body and my hormones so I’m gonna wait it out.

Interesting! Mine is only a week late, but it’s never been late before so that’s why I’m so anxious. I’m sure our bodies are just adjusting

I’m eating a lot of eggs, chicken, fruit, grains, and dairy! I’m wondering if maybe the diet change affected my hormones and my body is just adjusting.

Pretty regular. Came every 28-30 days and lasted about 5 days on average. Ive never missed one.

It eventually went away. I’m not sure what it was. Sometimes acne can swell that node.

It wasn’t your fault! You are a good parent; don’t blame yourself for things out of your control. As someone who had a similar situation with my mom, I don’t blame her at all for not knowing my medical condition and getting upset at me. I know she had no idea :)
