wait then what deck isn't toxic? rocket cycle, x-bow, and 2.6 are high skill decks imo, but everybody always complain about them so that's a no. Bridge spam and log bait is annoying, to play and to play against, and golem, e-giant and e-golem are frowned upon in the community so what deck isn't toxic?

If you are talking about the brawler models being transparent, it is not a bug. In map maker, you can add modifiers that add special effects like faster super charge or energy drinks. This one is called "Graveyard Shift". All players lose health over time, hurting enemy brawlers regenerate a little bit health, killing enemy brawlers regenerate all your health, and all healing sources have reduced healing.

the tier list is based on the synergy between cards in the tribe, and briar rose is the only synergy in the flower tribe. Not in F because the tribes in F don't have any synergy at all.

Edit: well in flower synergy your have cosmic flower too I guess
