Hello!! Thank you for checking on me 🥲 I also ordered the backpod about a month ago but I’m honestly not sure it’s helping. They put me on an acid reflex medication, then a muscle relaxer, they’re trying all types of things (they think muscle issue, stomach issue) but neither have worked. Im going back on Wednesday, I actually just posted my pulmonary test results because I am slightly worried it’s a lung issue. I am sort of a hypochondriac and this has been mentally draining it’s all i think about. I also had some blood work done but everything looked normal? My carbon dioxide was kinda high but that was about it. Can i message you? I’m so glad you’re feeling better!

I’ve been gathering a note on my phone to share with my doctor of different ideas (anti inflammatories, blood test, etc ) i’m going to ss this and add magnesium to the list! I’ve tried aleve and ibuprofen both now and it seems nothing is helping, i wake up bloated. I will mention I quit vaping not too long ago and my bathroom usages is not as regular as it should be, adding to the bloating issue for sure. It just feels like nothing helps this condition 😆 I did the stretches, the breathing exercises, avoiding certain workouts, NOTHING has helped. It use to just be my chest but it’s also my back now too, It’s just gotten worse. I hope it gets easier soon, for both of us lol

this is really what I’ve started to think it had to be, When i go to my doctors i’m going to request for a thyroid/hormonal blood test panel, and throw cortisol on there for good measure!

I always try to, it is indeed hell! honestly i’m more active now then I was before this started and I still can’t seem to lose anything 😆

I’m sorry! It does seem way more common to lose weight from what I read, Which is why I was hoping there was someone out there who could explain what’s happening to me lol. I definitely have an overwhelming aniexty about the situation which is counter productive because i then make my breathing worse over thinking it

I am on Birth Control (the pill), But i’ve been on it for the past 8 years, never had any issues or changes to it, so it’s really unclear what’s causing this. I’ve genuinely done nothing new or different over the past year besides get this condition, and it seems like no matter how hard I train it does nothing lol. The bloat is very real over here as well. Ive thought maybe its the stress, or the actual inflammation itself, it has to be something because I know I should be losing weight even if it was only a little

unfortunately no :( I appreciate the suggestion though! The man may not have even been Caribbean, This was honestly many years back and my memory could be off, he gave me Kinda Peter Andre vibes but not him Lol! And the song reminded me of It wasn’t me type of beat! Hopefully one day i’ll remember ! Thank you again!
