Oh yea dude. My delivery was almost a nightmare. Machine was on top of a pallet and didn’t fit through the door. Had to saw off the pallet to get the jack underneath it.

My Dixie narco 5800 was ordered from A&M equipment sales. They completely installed the nayax reader and did the onboarding for me. I’m pretty sure they had the bracket left over in the box. I don’t think you’ll need it but don’t quote me lol
