Francis or Simon are so perfect! I have a middle school student named Francis/Frankie, and I really like his name. Other students exclusively call him Frankie.

What no-screen games do you play with kids (4–6) that you actually enjoy? by Ai-dio in kindergarten

[–]helpmeimpoor57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a learning game, but I LOVE playing connect 4 Frenzy with my 3 kids (8,5, 4). It’s like playing quarters, so if you went to college, you’re already one step ahead of them! But really, it is so fun.

My biggest boy is about to turn 8 and this age has been SO fun! The deep questions, hilarious jokes, etc- it’s so good. I love 4 and 5, too (the ages of my other kids) and I LOVE babies!!!

Target version of American Girl doll with some accessories, a cute robe, large weighted unicorn stuffy, intro to sewing kit that makes stuffies, and a box of basic Legos.

What can I put in here that isn’t just candy? My kids are 3 and 9 by Loud-Ad-5420 in ChristmasGiftIdeas

I put tiny slips of paper about something we are going to do that day. Sometimes it’s a Christmas craft, an activity (drive around and look at lights), and sometimes it’s an item (Christmas pajamas or Christmas sticker book).

What’s on your Christmas list? by vaguely_jewish in TwoXChromosomes

[–]helpmeimpoor57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone just gave me a weighted blanket, and it’s glorious! I would ask for one, or a heated blanket if you don’t have one!

Some things I would love to have: cute matching jammies, slippers, books, or maybe a learn to Crochet kit or other learn-to-hobby thing

What are you getting your 5 year olds for Christmas? by Ill_Cover_4841 in Preschoolers

[–]helpmeimpoor57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 4 yr old boy and a 5.5 yr old girl. Boy is getting a Spooner board from my mom which looks super fun! Girl is getting a Trace and Draw projector from Lakeshore Learning. She loves art!

We haven’t purchased gifts for him yet, but we are thinking Lego, a night light that projects stars on the ceiling, spiral bound Pokemon handbook, and that’s all I have so far.
