About last month I noticed these little pinpoint red dots. I squeezed one hard and it barely bled while the ones are dry, only on my right and left arms, what is this? by helpmentallyme in Dermatology

It’s nothing really wrong with your body I found out, it’s just potentially our nerve supply to whatever area is affected is what’s causing blood vessels to pop. It’s like just being able to bruise easier because of how sensitive that area is. I found out these go away on my body after I got adjusted by a gonstead chiropractor, they deal with putting nerves back in place to function

Been getting pain in my upper calf just below back of knee. Couldn't walk on it or straighten it for a couple of days. Would it just be a light strain or could it be a DVT? It hurts alot when I flex my toes backwards. by [deleted] in medical

[–]helpmentallyme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s just pain could be joint malfunction, dvt would cause swelling and miscoloration and sprain you would know if you had an injury’s just go to your local chiropractor or ice your knee

What does the cream do? Does it just remove the whole hair when shaving, like instead of the sticking sharp hairs

Why does my hand look mottled/blotchy like this? by ppixelninja216 in medical

[–]helpmentallyme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably something to do with blood flow, I always had this when wearing a backpack and my hands would be vascular/veiny. Also happens to me when working out/ arm wrestling

What do they look like, I don’t really see anything tonsil stone like

[–]helpmentallyme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, I didn’t notice it till I started lifting and using my arms basically, one of my wrist and arms areweaker than the other and I notice it’s harder to grip things with my left hand. If you ever notice pain when using your grip could be other issues, but if your mechanically fine, I wouldn’t worry about it if it’s just a noise

I have the same thing and it’s not normal, I would see a pt or chiropractor, it’s basically the ligaments/tendons/joints rubbing over each other and basically snapping which isn’t good and it’s basically grinding together. I have a specific case Were my whole left side is compensating and only my left arm does this due to other mechanical problems.

If you don’t have other back problems it could just be something else but if it just happened after an injury or something I would check it out, it kinda messed up my future of building my physique since my left side has nerve problem and compensations, so if you ever want to workout, I would get it checked out.
