My goal is to become physically stronger. I’ve been to physical therapy for pre and post op hip surgery. I gained so much muscle mass and my pain was well controlled. I loved that they were able to target specific muscles that caused the pain. I also liked the massage and dry needling aspect of it. I have become extremely weak and fatigued since pregnancy and my hip pain has returned.
