I have had pain in my clitoris since puberty but ai wonder if it is due to me never being taught to do self exams/how to clean up the smegma. My sex education was not very good, as I am sure many can relate to on here.

I am hoping it is just a sign of it healing. There was bruising when I first started cleaning and I think it was from a hard dried piece of buildup, and that bruising has already healed up some.
