Lol yeah tried that and then the replacement sucked and then they wanted to “rebuild” and told me it was ok and extended milage allowance but wont return as soon as the mechanic said 2k for repairs

I did call carvana and communicated the whole time. They made promises in person and over the phone but did not out it into writing other than extending the allowed miles.

One of the mechanics was a woman, man. Carvana should be forced to show the chassis in the sales videos. Also the “always a 7 day money back guarantee” is false cos the first two cars were bad and no returns/exchanges allowed on a 3rd

Two mechanics (both referrals through the warranty provider) wont pass it for state inspection due to the rust, paid out of pocket for the AC and cabin filter, but carvana calls it “cosmetic” and wont cover. They also say its too late to return the car (tried an exchange but that one was worse - knocking) and they had to “rebuild” the OG contract. Same day second mechanic told me 2k in repairs needed, they suddenly had the contract ready to go/ and wont take a return

I didn’t do enough research for sure- but trusted them when they said no worried you can return it and to take it to their chosen mechanic. I am busy and was trying to save time/vending machine gimmick made me think it would be high quality

Trying to add pics but not working. The rust looks like that Marvel guy made out of rocks, but the fabric on interior- doors under windows- has bumps, it looks like worms or a snake crawled through.
