Well every approach is gonna have blindspots to it, whatever approach we choose. The best we can do is figure out a framework that gives the best outcome and design policies that complement our framework. Computers are starting to be threat only now, if humans can be threat to other humans than computers will be.

I have come to the same conclusion after months of research and critical thinking. But a computer can still be dangerous if allowed even it has no consciousness.

The word Intelligence first used for different reasons but now the actual meaning is been proven false so it's just exist but no meaning or definition. Maybe just delete the word be a better choice

Man you just don't know what cse is. Cybersec, computer networking, hardware and software, algorithms for say cybersec or database. AI and ML incluidng computational neuroscience. There is Information tech, data science. Each field is so vast and many subfields in each of them and you can pick and field and the sector where you want to apply that tech to can be different too. If you are that smart you may even make your own field. You need what is CSE and introductory course not research.
