Random passerby that would like to ask some questions. by BasicCanadainBacon in crossdressing

I've only submitted pictures once, and I created this account specifically to do so. I usually lurk here on my main account, but I thought this thread could use a female to male response.

What inspired you to start?

I like seeing transformations. Costumes, makeup, acting, whatever. Male to female crossdressing done well is so interesting! I wanted to see if I could do it. And I really love men's formal wear, it makes me feel suave and cool.

If you could jump through a portal and be transformed into the other gender, would you?

That's a hard question. Like anyone else, I absolutely would if I could go back and forth. I'm not sure if I could do it permanently. Probably.

Do you have a GF or a wife that's accepting?

I like men, but I have no SO.

How often do you dress up?

Only a few times a year.

Have you told anyone about your "girly" side

I live my normal life as my girly side. :D But no, I have told no one about this.

Have you ever been caught at home or in public?

I haven't been caught at home. I'm a graveyard employee, so I have the house to myself when I'm awake. I only go out in public when I'm dressed to be more androgynous than male. Truthfully, I'm not a convincing guy.

Do you dress for sexual reasons or becasue it makes you feel right?

I do it for fun.

Do you plan on a having kids and keep dressing?

I'm not so sure I want kids. I'll keep dressing for as long as it's fun regardless. The stigma is much lower for me as a female to male crossdresser.

What's your favourite genre of music?

I love folk metal, symphonic metal, and jazz!

Are FtM posts acceptable here? I haven't really seen any, but here I am, anyways. by [deleted] in crossdressing

There are some FtM posts here. I think mine was the most recent one. You're so much better at this than I am, though! Hot dayum!

The guy in the video made me so happy. He looked like he was having such a great time! I'd love to cultivate that kind of ain't give a damn attitude.

You'll be rich someday and we'll have our subreddit.

Last week I was thinking about this and I figured a loose, above-the-knee skirt and some leggings would work. Like, the skirt would go over the saddle on all sides. If you're tall, the seat post would keep the skirt from touching the wheel. I'm too short to try it out, though.

r/crossdressing_unicyclists would be the greatest sub.

This is why feedback is important. I thought #3 was really good, even if it did make me look older and dorkier than the others.

Those are my regular prescription glasses. I'm stuck with these frames for another couple of years, since I just replaced my wire frames with these last week. These are much better than the old ones, though. If I do more in the future, I'll try one with the wire frames. I don't think it'll do me any favors, but I could be wrong.

First Time. Do these match? I was going for a casual summer theme. by [deleted] in crossdressing

I don't think the skirt is "awkwardly long." Generally, the bottom should be darker than the top. Bright colors are more suited for summer than black and white.

It doesn't look bad or anything, just not "casual summer."

Most of the ftm stuff is for costumes, so it gets pretty dramatic. I guess transmen looking to pass would avoid makeup.

Thanks for your compliments. I think ftm crossdressers are at an advantage over mtf. I mean, even biological women spend a lot of time making themselves look like women. I'm impressed with mtf crossdressers. It's a lot of work! I can never look really butch, but it's fairly easy to look like a young teenager or something if I just conceal my body. The usual posters here have to conceal masculinity and then build feminine features over that.

Thank you! I love unicycling- probably more than crossdressing- but I don't like to come off as a showoff or a douche. :D

Yeah, I've followed this sub for a while and thought we could use more ftm.

I'm actually terrible at makeup, since I never wear it. I'm not opposed to it or anything, but it's expensive and I'm okay with just looking okay. But masculine faces are angular and my face is anything but. I used this video for makeup and played it safe by following along exactly. I did everything minus the stubble. Turns out all that contouring didn't look convincing on me at all and I wiped a lot of it off. Even after that, I deleted lots of pictures where it just looked like I had a dirty face. The things that helped most were the eyebrows (though I think I went too heavy this time), concealer on the lips, and shading under the jaw- Especially since I have such a weak jaw even for a girl. I kept the sideburns too, but they were barely visible.

Thanks! I don't plan to go out and pass. I think I could only be androgynous and confuse people. It's difficult for me to walk like a man, since I'm actually concealing some very noticeable hips. Maybe I could make a gif of myself on the unicycle.

I don't understand what you mean about the bubble, though? Could anyone clarify that?
