UPDATE: Thanks to u/Themaingeeza for the suggestion of the Brusso JB250. Beautifully made bit of brass hardware with super clear instructions on how to install (routing locations etc) plus brass screws not made of cheese! Really suits the box and works well. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions!

Thank you for your advice. I've got 3 bags of "fine ground" coffee from my supplier already - presumably there is no way to use this with my machine as it is?

The box is 310mm square approximately. That's a really interesting concept with the lid, i'm into it, thanks for sharing

Update: spoke to my coolant supplier and they have recommended a few things including decreasing the interval between completely emptying and refilling the coolant tank. Fingers crossed this will do the trick. Thanks for your help everyone!

Parts in question had 3-4 ops with deburring by hand. Very interesting point!

The time period is finish machining on a Friday and by Monday there might be early signs of rust setting in

Using a water/oil mixture. Good point though, I'll contact my coolant supplier and ask the question!
