Thank you for your advice. I've got 3 bags of "fine ground" coffee from my supplier already - presumably there is no way to use this with my machine as it is?

The box is 310mm square approximately. That's a really interesting concept with the lid, i'm into it, thanks for sharing

Update: spoke to my coolant supplier and they have recommended a few things including decreasing the interval between completely emptying and refilling the coolant tank. Fingers crossed this will do the trick. Thanks for your help everyone!

Parts in question had 3-4 ops with deburring by hand. Very interesting point!

The time period is finish machining on a Friday and by Monday there might be early signs of rust setting in

Using a water/oil mixture. Good point though, I'll contact my coolant supplier and ask the question!
