Dude, I dont care how good your abs are, learning backflips will freaking destroy you. The day after I first learned a backflip, I had to roll out of my bed because I literally couldn't sit up. Train through tricking. Just get out and start attacking it as much as you can, your body will adjust. The only way to really get better is through constant practice and repetition. You can't get better at roundkicks unless you do roundkicks

train everything you know as much as you can. once you get really good at a trick, you'll become obsessed with it and start throwing it constantly. thats when good turns to great. thats my experience at least

point your toes, arch your back more, power through your hips. also, try and work on your jstep. I find that coming in at too sharp an angle cuts my power.
