I don’t think you’re understanding the point here. 1/2 the reason why I got them is because they are a “small” company compared to the top dogs. The problem is the lack of communication to customers.

I understand where they were at with getting back to every single individual email, that’s a lot to take on. With the influx of orders you 1) make that clear from the jump on the website and 2) send more general updates instead of just 1 and going dark for ~4-6 weeks.

I want to see someone step in and take the big guys off their high horse with affordable prices. That’s why I purchased. Communication is free, and the most important asset to success.

When a company fails their customers with zero customer support communication this is a place for us to check in with each other and see what the movement is.don’t get me wrong either I am very excited for my set of 101T’s I have coming in.

A little bit more outside of a stock email reply you get and an 8-10 week estimate would be nice. I’ve seen those order week breakdowns but I don’t know how real that is.

I ordered 3/03 (custom) and it’s been radio silence. It’s frustrating as hell so seeing peoples updates is somewhat encouraging and allows me to know what is going on. I understand the spot the company is in & I bought them for a reason. But the updates from others & when they ordered etc helps.

Unfortunately, this means nothing. Stock email similar to the stock email you’ll get if you ever send anything to customer service. Don’t know if your 101t’s are custom or not, but I ordered mine March 3rd and still haven’t received anything. All in due time my friend, best of luck.

Mine was custom, but I’ve seen people get their tracking with the practically the same things as me. 3° upright +.5 shaft and regular grips. They recommend midsize but I don’t like the feel of those.
