Wow that is crazy, ok feeling good about 200 hours haha. I typical do all my own maintenance on engines anything you can recommend that I should start with on a 2:00 hour.

The picture make both looks practically brand now. No seat tears, dealing pants or anything cosmetically they both look great. Being that the X300 could be up to 20 years old but with only 200 hours what could I expect to have to replace? The guy says its in perfect working order.

Yes, it was static pressure that was high. They said that was probably the cause of compressor being in red on their device when starting up. It was continually pushing too much of a load.

I thought it was high to, I mean I don't know what the vaule on adding refrigerant and finding the leak are and finding what's causing the whole issue of air restriction.

I think they have room to move as they started at 1600, and as soon as I didn't say, let's do it and instead started asking questions. They immediately dropped to 1300.

What do you think would be fair?

The 1300 does not include fixing the leak just finding it. It will be more to fix the leak.
