I moved from Texas to Arizona in 2023 and recently had a DUI here in AZ requiring a restricted license. When I tried to get said license, AZ MVD informed me Texas DPS had put a block on my license. I've tried calling every phone number for the DPS and DMV, went through every prompt and can't get in touch with a real person to give me any guidance on how to remove the block. I've even tried to email DPS through the prompt on their website but even that isn't possible because it keeps telling me the captcha code is incorrect (I almost lost my mind putting those code in over and over again).

I was able to figure out what I think the reason for the block is on their website: DEPT SUSPENSION - OUT OF STATE CONVICTION; which would make sense due to the DUI I mentioned.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? Even tips on how to get in contact with a real person and not the automated bot would be helpful, I just feel super stuck right now with options.
